On April 24, members of the Broadcasting Board of Governors initiated an open meeting as a continuation of their April 10-11 meeting.
When it was determined that a quorum was lacking, the Board voted to adjourn until May 15 and then discussed several matters.
A recording of this adjournment and re-scheduling was made, but due to a technical error it was slightly truncated. The recording accompanies this notice.
A transcript of the meeting is available here.
