The New Delhi workshop for journalists preceded a ministerial conference on Avian and Pandemic Influenza that brought together representatives from more than 100 countries and scores of NGO's.
The workshop focused on helping journalists identify themes and stories at the conference. The Kolkatta workshop followed the high-level conference.
